when sending responce to some e-mails i am ask to retype word for word verication , it will never except word typed in , how do i correct this?

If you insist then you can right click on the word and then click on add to dictionary. That is if you are talking about microsoft word.

I saw your second post about complaining that people are posting because you can't spell. Well, I don't think word recognizes what you are trying to say so it is asking you again. You need to sound out the word and try and re-enter the word. Your spelling is terrible.

you could just turn spell check off. you have to go to tools --> options --> spelling tab and uncheck the "always check spelling before sending" box.

Sometimes the computer dicitonary will not have that word stored, therefore it will consider it mispelled. If you know that it is right, then add it to the dictionary or just click ignore to get rid of the red squiggly line under it if your in Microsoft Word.

I had the same issue when I was taking a college class called 'History of Western Thought'. Everytime I did a paper I refered to names, form that time period, and spell check had a heck of a time with them. I finally entered my way thru the prompts and just kept going.

Spell it correctly? I count 5 misspelled words in your post. Otherwise, check caps lock?

I think the problem is you don't know how to spell. Listen to what the computer is telling you, The computer is always right!
