way to go stupid you should have known better and bought a good old used harley. at least if its leaking oil you no it has an oil pump !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can you say it doesnt have an oil pump? You should take it back to the dealer before you messing with it. If you took it apart you probably lost any chance of a warranty claim (unless you a trained /experienced motorcycle tech) You may have a chance under the Magnus Moss act of 1970 (I think) Try dealer first and do some investigating.

If any person really bought a brand new motorcycle and it threw (notice the correct spelling) a rod after five days, I believe they would be pi$$ed and be running to the dealership rather than Yahoo. Instead of making $hit up, just say "I don't like Victory motorcycles" and move on.

well i would say the is a defect for that bike take it to the dealer that should never happen on a brand new bike if they won't fix it get a lawyer

I would at least try to take it back to the dealer. You never know.....he just MIGHT fix it! Worth a try I say.

i have owned an 03' victory vegas since 6/03. i have found the bike and dealership good. like any vehicle, if something that drastic happens bring it back.
