Is that why we should not have sex at all; cause it's incest?

If we didn't have sex at all where would the next generation come from? The human race would be extinct in about 100 to 120 years!

There is nothing wrong with sex within marriage. God says that the marriage bed is undefiled. That means its "all good" between a husband and wife. As for where Cain's wife came from, it is not explained in the Bible but the generally accepted answer is that Adam and Eve had “other sons and daughters” (Genesis 5:4). It should also be recalled that people in those days lived a very long time. Adam, for example, lived to be 930 years old, so he had many opportunities to be a father, grandfather, great grandfather, etc. I think it would generally be accepted that there was not, at that point in time, a genetic problem with one marrying a sibling. Remember that Abraham married his half-sister (Genesis 20:12). By David's time though, this was a definite "no no" as his son Absalom raped his half sister. Dont confuse the two situations. You should not have sex if it is outside of marriage. That is a sin by itself.
