Honestly, it's our ego. For a man to be confident and happy, he has to imagine he's the best lover in the universe. So of course he thinks you're missing out by not having a penis in your life!
Really, the idea of you with another woman turns them on tremendously. They just want to get into your pants.
I know I do. ;-) I was married to a woman who had never dated men seriously before. I did convert her, but I don't think she was really a lesbian in the first place. Just confused. She divorced me, but kept dating men after that.
Wait.. I think I just explained another reason why men think we can convert lesbians! :-)

I say forget what they tell you. You keep on being yourself and live for yourself. Im a man and im also married. you are who you are and that that. Be proud and keep your head up high. And if you are ever giving any pointers to men for their partners im all open to suggestions. I know your not Dr. Ruth.
P.S. youre not sick and you dont need a cure. people just need to grow up and respect others.

I have some nice friends that are lesbians and I treat them as friends . They don't have a problem with me but I'm an old guy and I gues I pose less of a problem than a young man would .

It's probably because most men either like a challenge, find lesbians very erotic, or feel choosing a woman over them is a threat to their masculinity. And the fact that most men are idiots probably doesn't help either.

The same reason for fag/hags. It's the challenge. Personally, every time I have been with a Bi-sexual woman, it was her idea. Never had to convince any of them. Variety is the spice of life.
