Maybe you have extreme dry skin. After cleaning them put some thick cream like Eucerine on every day and night before you go to bed. Should clear up.

honestly, you can't. that's the same as asking how to make black person look white... that's the way your skin of your elbows is and you can't change it. by scrubbing it too much and too hard you would ony irritate the skin and actually would make it harder/darker. try using some whitening facial creams, for some people it helps to fade discolorations on the face or lighten freckles, but I really doubt that would work on your eblows. Please DO NOT try BLEACHING! try not to rub your elbows during the day while sitting at your desk or things like that and make sure you use moisturizer.
Good luck!

ok i tried the pumice stone on my elbows, You will end up in pain and very sorry the next day and later that week also! So try some type of exfoliant and plenty of lotion! Something with Vitamin E or shea butter. They keep your skin very moist and smooth! in some cases it evens out the tone of the skin!

Maybe, because you are scrubbing so hard it is damaging your elbow and making it rough = the sun will be tanning your skin weird O.o

If you have sensitive skin, too much scrubbing will cause more harm than good. try a mild scrub then moisturize the area as much as you .can

Are you tan? If so then it will look like that, because it is like this. You know how if you write on a stretchy material such as a book cover, then oncwe you take it off the ink looks darker? Same thing applies to you skin. Try it.

Try a good moisturizing body wash with micro beads or some gritty medium and a good loo fa after your bath or shower try alternating days of a good moisturizer and ( believe it or not ) lemon juice I know it sounds bizarre but it lightens and moisturizes......Good Luck

definately use the eucerin lotion. there is also another product made by eucerin called aquaphor, its similar to vaseline and made for dry cracked skin. stop scrubbing them , all you are doing is roughing them up more.

a lot of elbows get like that, don't take it to heart. but if it really bothers you try some skin brightener or lightener.
