I think Brandon Routh was absolutely amazing! He brought the character and physical resemblance of Christopher Reeve to the role, plus the sexiness that Dean Cain and Tom Welling have, plus his own unique strength. I went to the movie with a bad attitude, but Brandon completely won me over!
I can't wait for the sequel in 2009!

I was amazed at how much Routh resembled C. Reeve, especially as Clark Kent. I had thought Brenden Fraiser could have played the role, but ultimately Routh was a great choice.

I think he did well. I wasn't crazy about the movie because I didn't like the Lois Lane actress and because I was such a fan of Christopher Reeve. But I do think Routh was very good despite those challenges.

I'm sorry, but no matter who they put in the costume, he would have come out second best to Christopher Reeves. In my heart he will always be Superman, just like Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamil will always be Leia, Han and Luke.

I thought he looked a lot like Christopher Reeve. At times I thought he was... But he was a really great superman. I just thought that he was way too pretty. I mean in person he doesn't really look the way he did on screen. His face didn't look natural at all. Too much airbrushing in my opinion.

In his heart, Frodo begins to understand. The quest will claim his life. You know this. You have foreseen it. It is the risk we all took. In the gathering dark, the will of the Ring grows strong. It works hard now to find its way back into the hands of men. Men, who are so easily seduced by its power. The young captain of Gondor has but to extend his hand to take the Ring for his own and the world will fall. It is close now, so close to achieving his goal. For Sauron will have dominion over all life on this Earth, even until the ending of the world. The time of the elves is over. Do we leave Middle-Earth to its fate? Do we let them stand alone?
