The fuse box is either under the hood or underneath the steeringwheel. Look for a panel that pulls off.

Usually on Mercedes of that age the general fuse box is in the engine compartment (under the hood). It is a long black plastic covered rectangular box just behind the battery. But it might be just in front of the brake fluid compartment. I can't tell for your specfic model... Sorry. In any case all fuses are in the engine compartment on those model years. On electronic injection and other models there could be more than one fuse box.

the main fuse box for it in under the hood ,,there is a black plastic box out there and it marked fuse panel,,and this car may have a small one right under the dash,,or near the glove box area also,,once you find the box look for the fuse marked instruments ,and remove it,,and check it,,you will see a burned spot in the middle of it,,there should be a spare fuse for it on the cover,,they usually give you a few spares for it,,just replace it,,and everything should work again,,if it keeps blowing them it may need to be checked out,,it may have a short in it somewhere,,i own a repair shop,,and do this for a living,,i hope this help,s.

Probably in the engine compartment on the drivers side, but you should confirm if you have the owners manual. The fuses are the European type with a ceramic holder and are not glass like the American type
