I ordered the part for it, Which is the two links also known as (Dog Bones). I want to lower it, 3 inches. Also from the front forks.

When you get the kit, it will have directions how to change the linkage. The linkage is under the bike near the front of the swing arm and it connects to the shock absorber. To lower the front, loosen the pinch bolts holding the fork tubes to the steering stem and upper triple clamp. Push the tubes up through the triple clamp and tighten the bolts. Put a stand or jack under the bike when you do any work on the F & R suspension

Dude - why lower it? You're messin with a perfectly designed drivin' machine. If you don't like your bike then get a different one. The GSX-R is a hell-u-va bike and to mess around with after market parts................ well good luck.
