I would love to say it WILL be Texas, however there's a certain running back pretending to go to class in Norman that will have a chip on his shoulder and something to prove. I'm fairly certain that nothing short of severing both of his legs will prevent him from gaining 125 yards, but will in all liklihood end up with 225 and a couple of TDs. Will it be enough? I don't know. Then there's Stoops, who always seems to pull a rabbit out of his @ss when his back is against the wall.
I am absolutely certain of this tho, Nebraska will NOT win the Big XII, it will be the winner of the Red River Shootout, and I am willing to bet anyone any amount of money who cares to differ.
As far as Texas's running game? Look for a certain 5th year senior by the name of Selvin Young to LIGHT IT UP. He's slimmed down, gotten in shape, got his sh!t together, and he will have an outstanding year.

The Oklahoma Sooners without a doubt. They have the best RB in the country Adrian Peterson and a very good Defense and texas still sucks!!!!

I think Texas will win it again also and as far as who will be rushing just look to Charles he was a dynamic rusher last year as a freshman and I expect him to get better. I do think Oklahoma will be giving the horns a run for their money though.

Hold on a minute! You say that NU has no running game. Thats fair, based on last year's performance. But do you honestly think that Texas will have a running game this year???! Who was their leading rusher last year...oh, thats right, Vince Young...and how many yards will Young rush for this year....oh, thats right...he's gone. Texas' year was last year. Don't hold your breath!!!

Texas - Even without Vince Young they are still the best team in that conference. I think it is in general not an overly strong conference this year.

I don't think Texas will win this year because they lost a lot of their good players last year. I think Texas A&M will win this year.(WHOOP!!!!)

Texas. Even with all their losses of key players, they are still the team to beat this year.
