The language that is so boring for us is a common language for them. We must not look at the framers and judge them with the rules of our time. But, we must judge them based upon their time period. By doing this you will see that the Framers had actually tried to make the constitution as simple as possible because they needed all the support they can get from the public.

Because most of them never went to public school.

They obviously didn't understand proper grammar. And they didn't have the foresight to anticipate the needs of the people two centuries later.

That's what I keep saying. The constitution is outdated, and obsolete, and needs to be re-written from scratch.

I think they were not trying to just amuse simple-minded twits like you.

I think they were trying to put down rules for a government that would avoid the problems of the previous government (England's monarchy).
