I got accepted as a transfer to a school, but only on a part time basis. If I go there part time can a take courses at the community college and have that add up to a full time equivelant for my insurance(which i have as long as i am a full time student)? Or does it all have to at one school?

Yes. You'll need to send them proof that you are taking a total of 12 credits. They don't care how many schools you attend.

That's up to the people making the rules. Where I come from, a student is considered full-time if they carry 12 credits.

The definition of "full time" is in your insurance information somewhere. It's probably based on how many credits you're taking. If you can't find it, find a customer service phone number for the insurance company and call them and ask. No one on here will know the answer, as it depends on your specific policy.
