Run.... your legs will become nice and lean. Or, use an elliptical machine, those work great too.
Diet wise, eat only all natural, healthy foods. Lots of veggies, fruits, lean meats and fish. Only complex carbs, which should be eaten with protein. No processed foods, no high fructose corn syrup, no partially hydrogenated anything!
Your goal should be to become healthy and to look the best you can for your body type. Personally, I think a woman is sexiest when she has some curves and meat on her bones. A lot of men that I have talked with feel the same.

Lots of jogging and make sure you eat in the mornings so that way your body pushes out the bad you had from the day before. You can't gain weight from eggs just carbs. Carbs give you energy too. plus take a multi vitiman every day and two to three weeks you WILL feel a difference. Also you will feel mentally better. Yet you have to make yourself get in the mood. That means do not look at the TV. Or sit down in the mornings. Yes stand well you eat your breakfast. You have to motivate yourself. If you can't motivate yourself than find someone that is honest or curel to your weight and it will make you change the way you look and feel. Plus in the bible it sayd to care for your body on the inside and the outside. But also not to take the pleasure out of your life. Good luck. I know you can do it cause you wouldn't have made that first move to ask!!!

Well, if you aint born with long legs (I am and it's a pain in the a** lol) I don't think you can make your legs look longer. If you are wanting to generally tone your body up - sit ups, crunches, lunges, some yoga kinda stuff (can't explain) and stuff like running and shuttle runs might help slim your legs and tone your butt and tummy. (if that's what you want)

If you were not born with the genes for this type of body I don't think any food or exercise is going to get you there.At 5'2" i've always wished for long legs,but my Mom's 4'11" so that was not in the cards (genes) for me.

honestly.. your definitions talk alot about being skinny... and in my PERSONAL opinion, skinny isnt very attractive.. but i'll help you anyways. running helps alot. go jogging everyday, eat light meals... and to get a small butt, stay AWAY from chicken... seriously. unless its like baked chicken breast or something. good luck. im not sure if this helped. but hope it does.
