Of course not, muslim egyptian men don't marry only muslim women who wear veil. First of all, muslim men don't have to marry muslim women at all. They are allowed to marry jewish and christian women as well. The point is that islam considers all three, jews, christians and muslims, to be The People of the Book. Muslims believe they all have the same God, although there are differences between their religions. So, a muslim man can marry a jewish or a christian woman without any problem and she doesn't have to convert (on the other hand, according to islam, a muslim girl can only marry a muslim man, in order her children to be muslims).
Second, never genaralize people. There are great differences in any group of people and this one is not an exception.
Finally, I know some egiptian people married to women who don't wear a veil.
So, don't worry :)
