Has dynamic-anti-gravity machine made already.?

i simulate a dynamicmachine in CAE-software that produce antigravity and it can go upward and neutralize the gravity of earth.has some one else made it?

In simulation? Yes, that's been done many times. Have you managed to accomplish this in reality?

There is no machine ever made by humans that can change gravity in any way. We can spin people around real fast to simulate gravity, or use the "vomit comet", and airplane that dives down for a short time to create a sense of weightlessness, but that's it.
