I am searching for the blueprints on the building located at 165 S. Encinitas Blvd Suite A.?

I have checked Encinitas building dept. and S.D. build dept. Maybe someone knows who the general contractor was beacause the prop. mgmt. co. wont tell me.

I believe becaus e of the patriot act it is not leagal for the public to have access to those types of documents.

You might want to try the county court house in the county where the building is located. They maintain all building blueprints in case of fire, etc.
