Why don't you try actually growing up first and not possibly destroying your body and possibly killing yourself for a diet.
If you actaully have a problem with your weight see your doctor, if not I'd recommend growing some selfsteem and be a kid unti you can't anymore.
EDIT:
Okay all you people who want to rate down, I hope you all get yours when the asker dies to some cock and bull diet you concocked for her or when she dies when choaking on her own vomit when he is too weak to pull her finger away fast enough.
Jessy! hard fact here, you are 13 years old, your body is not done delevloping yet. You are going to be growing in many ways still. You DO NOT need to loose wieght or diet unless it is unhealthy for you to not do so and the only way to determine that is to see your doctor. If he/she tells you that you need to lose weight then do so. There are many quicker ways to kill yourself then get caught up in some stupid assed diet that is going to do more harm than good. YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD If you don't like what you look like around 16, 17, 18 ... try to change something then. Don't just diet cuase you think you need to be razor thin or you think you are not cool enough diet becuase you NEED to cause your health dependes on it.
If it is about health do it, but do it with doctor's orders.
If it is able being cool or looking in a magazine an seeing Paris Hilton (trust me that is the last thing you want to be), take a good long look at yourself, find something you like about you -- physical or mental -- latch on to it and tell yourself that it is the best part about you and use that as the thing that makes you better than everyone else.

First, talk to your parents/doctor - you could easily do damage to your body since you're young (I know you hate to hear that!) And never EVER skip meals or starve yourself!
It's not so much about WHAT you eat, it's how many calories you eat. Try having a small breakfast (200-300 calories), and keep lunch and dinner to 400-500 calories, and have a few 100 calorie snack throughout the day (2 or 3).
an instant oatmeal and a glass of milk is a good breakfast.
try a turkey sandwich on wheat bread, baked lays and some carrots or fruit for lunch. Soups are good for dinner (stay away form creamy ones though) with some cheese and crackers.
Stock up on 100-calorie packs and fruit for snacks.
And write down what you have everyday. Don't obsses, but if you kinda plan it out and keep track, it's easy to stay at around 1500 calories a day and you'll see changes eventually.
Avoid sodas (diet is ok) and juices - it's a waste of calories!
Do a little research (a McDonald's hamburger happy meal is only 550 calories or so - with diet soda). not healthy everyday, but once in a while, it's ok.
Have cake at a birthday party - just don't have cake and ice cream and chips and cookies and soda.
As for working out, try buying a yoga DVD - it gets your muscles moving AND helps you control your breathing.
Good luck!

It may take you a little longer than most because you have asthma to loose weight but you can take walks. Walks will also help your lings. They don't' have to be fast walks. Just try to walk for long periods of time as much as you Can throughout the week. It should work out for you. You don't have to eat salad but try to eat things with less fat. The best thing for you would probably be to go to a health food store and let them tell you your body type and what you can do to loose weight. They'll help you. Guaranteed.
Best wishes...

Diet, exercise, water.
Watch your diet, don't eat the world. Stick to high protien meats, some grains and veggies. Fish is also good.
find time to exrecise. Walk, run, clime stairs, do pushups. Do at least 30 minutes of continuous exercise every other day. Every day is better though...
Stop drinking soda, koolaid and other crap like that. Stick to water. You consume up to 10 times more liquid than food each day. All that sugar from soda is a killer.
Losing weight is measured over months, not days. Don't expect to be 15 pounds lighter in 10 days.

Chile it seems as though you have a true problem . I would suggest that you go and seek a doctor. But for personal use I would liKer9ke tell you to eat less and less and when you stop 3eating so much can cause you to loose some weight. When you exercise don't' over do it. Just take a nice walk down the street. All the little things matter. But I would prefer that you go to a specialist so that you can get the correct help without further damaging your health.

At thirteen you are preparing for a large growth spurt some extra pounds maybe natural before you shoot up. I would talk this dieting over with your parents and physician. Your doctor knows you and will/can help you design a diet that is right for you. As for exercise again your Doctor should be able to assist you there too. Just remember you are beautiful no matter what your proportions are as long as you are healthy you should try to be happy with your body.

Don't listen to people who say you need to go to a doctor!!! Geez that's their answer for everything. You are still way too young! I'm sure if you had a real problem your doctor would have mentioned it at your checkup.
How much do you weigh and how tall are you are the first questions you need to ask yourself. Then depending if you are honest with yourself on how much junk you eat and if you can reduce the amount you should be fine. If you take a nice walk for 1/2 hour 45 mins that can help too..you don't need to over do your x'cise

Whatever you are eating now--cut out junk food, soda, and as much sugar (if not all) as possible. Try to keep carbs like pasta, bread, cereal, etc. to a minimum. Make sure every meal is high in protein, fiber, lean meat, or has vegetables.
Exercise everyday in an amount that is comfortable for you (a short run or a long walk).
See your pediatrician for more help.

All I can say is just Love yourself! Don't try to lose weight to come up to someone else's standard- Love being your size and once you love it you'll gain more and more confidence- if you can just eat in moderation dont overdo it, salad may not always be the best thing, you can eat what you want, its just portion control

exactly.. your 13. you have ALOT of growing to do. when i was 13 i was chunky, but ive thinned out, lost my babyfat and stuff. so my advice to you, dont worry about dieting and losing weight. you'll thin out in a couple years. and skinny 13 yr olds are creepy hunn. lol. but if your DESPERATE do the celery diet. every morning have 2 sticks of celery.. it helps start your metabolism, and burns calories while you eat it. so everyday have 2 sticks of cellery for breakfast.. no dressing or anything. eat smart... not nessecarily salads every meal, meats good. but try to balance evrythign out. dont eat after 6.. and thet should help you lose a few pounds. good luck. but be careful.. dont over do it.
