No. I would miss out on my present time on earth - I could never again visit my parents or family in other parts of the world - I'd rather leave time travel to my imagination and live in the present if forced to choose. However, it is a very very tempting offer!

Good question, Half of me would take the time travel option but the other half would still want my 2 week holiday each year, but I might get run over by a bus next month and have missed out on the opportunity of 2 weeks time travelling, time travel I guess.

ok, before I do anything, I sell everything I own, and borrow as much as the bank will let me. I take a copy of the last month's newspapers too.

I go back a month, and with the aid of my newspapers, put all the money on an accumulator that links about 100 winning horse-results together, and for good measure, buy lottery tickets with the known winning numbers too.

I then return to today, and find I have more wealth than Bill Gates. I use some of the money to build my own time machine, and then plan what to do with it.

of course! even without another vacation for life... that would fill the rest of your life with irreplacable/unduplicatable memories and plenty to talk about!...........
not sure when/where i'd go............. i'd think long and hard! future may be better so I can come back and warn of things to come that can be changed... or............... go 3 weeks ahead real quick and come back and win the lottery;) thats a hard decision because any amount of money would someone pay...all their millions... to time travel just once........... I might be selfish and choose the lottery though.

Sure. And the whole "no vacation" thing. What counts as a vacation? What if I quit my job and "moved" to Japan for oh....a week?

no. two weeks time travel is nothing compared to the thousands of ordinary weeks vacation i could have.

but technically if you have a time machine you'll never have to come back as you have all the time in the world at your finger tips

That depends, do you get to pick where you are going? Do you *have* to go back to your correct ..."time-zone" after the 2 weeks? If the answers are yes and then no, I would deffinitly take it....
