Only time can heal you. It is her that has let herself down at the end by not being civil about it. If you let what has happened to you in this relationship colour the relationships you have in the future then that would be a shame. You have to accept that its over and that you were the bigger person, you didnt need to resolve to un-necessary nastiness you were just yourself. Do you really want to hear from her again anyway, give her an opportunity to hurt you over and over. Its hard but its better to let go. And theres no easy way to do that, and no cure... just indulge in you - do something nice for yourself, treat yourself to something and realise you are too special too feel this bad for too long! Good luck and hope your heart is feeling better soon.

When someone treated you badly you might feel low, you might feel agry, you might start feeling sorry for yourself after feeling agry. You get better once you start getting out, and you feel a lot better if you find a new exciting thing to do. You feel better still after a little time noting that this person wasn't worth it, and you don't care much, and maybe little. You pride might help you once you think that someone who doesn't give a f**k about you has trashed your confidence for you and f**ed you up. At the end of the day men do worse, they simpy disappear and only a few months later you realise completely that you have been dumpled. Forgive youself for setting hopes on bare ground, and separate the ex-cherished image from youself.

I sure wish I knew your age. Because that is a definite factor in how deep the wound may be. I myself after many years of bad endings. have learned that if someone is bad to you. and treats you poorly. than that is the big signal neon sign, that says. He is a Jerk. don't waste any love or sadness on him.
I used to get dressed up. invite some friends and go out dancing looking for another man, who was a lot nicer to me,
Broken hearts. can be very painful. depending on how long the relationship was. and how intimate, But still the bottom line is don't cry for someone who just leaves you in the dust. Love is grand, passion. Never give up hope. real love is worth waiting for.

you will feel at this moment in time that you will never get over it, BUT YOU WILL, with time you will look back and think why was i like that, you will go on to meet someone who will really loves you, it will be hard for you for a while but over the next few weeks it will get easier, try to get out with your mates for a bit and get support of your family, treat yourself to some new clothes, have your hair done, just try something different, hope you will be okay! in a few weeks let us know how you are going on, look afteryourself! you sound too lovely for your ex anyway if she treats you like that.

i've been there before and sympathize with you. people gone tell you to move on and bounce back but i know it's not that easy. Do it at a pace thats good for you and look at it this way, you'd rather get to know who she really was and what she represented before more of you became invested in her. CRY, SHOUT, SCREAM and listen to the same sad song again. You'll want out of longing someone who doesn't want you. And remember to pray. God makes it better always. communicate and listen and relate. It'll work itself out. good luck!

after you have told her how hurt you are, that should have been enough.
the best thing to do is to just stay totally away from where you think that she will be.
my friend had an affair with the man that i lived with. she knew i was hurt. when they split, she wanted to be friends again. i made sure that if i did accidently talk to her, i would never tell her anything other than my kids are fine. i couldnt be friends with her again. and i didnt really want to. we were friends from the time we started school, closer than sisters. her kids called me aunt and mine called her aunt. she did try to get back to being friends and i just didnt want to anymore.
the best way is to just stay away. if she wants to talk, she can find me. otherwise, we dont have anything to do with each other. its been years but i am still very bitter towards her more than him actually. she knew better.

Not a happy bunny sorry to hear about this, first change your name to a positive one. Number 2 forget about her she is not worth it life is to short, to be wasting our time on people like this. Move on with your life. Meet other people that are nice, they are out there. take care of your self.

You will gradually feel better day by day. Even though you wont feel like it, make yourself busy & you will feel happier sooner than you think. We have all had our hearts broken & everyone will tell you it hurts but the hurt will go away.
Take care

dont worry.. it happens to the best of us. it may seem like this pain will never end now, but time heals all wounds. distract yourself for now. i've found that working out helps with recovery. it also makes you feel better about yourself.
