I'm over 21, a lot of underagers, also alot of people over 21 living in the house/supplying the beer. What will happen if the police bust the party. Please don't answer if you don't know, and don't preach to me. Also, I live in Pennsylvania.

F Y I - in ga you cant be charged with contributing to the delinquincey of a minor if the house hold they are consuming alchohal in is their residence where there gaurdian is living they should still say they got there own beer/ isssh jus so u dont get b s'd but no one can be ticketed or placed in jail, now when they leave and stepout in the streets off of that property, they have become public drunks in turn you can be charged with contributing,
Just dont forget they can be assholes and give out disorderlys all day long - smile -

hey I got the best answer, you might even be able to think of it on your own................ lets see.........What do you think would happen to you and your over 21 year old Buddy's get caught supplying booze to minors? You wouldn't have any underage girlie's there getting them drunk would you?
Why don't you call the local cops and ask them what would happen? You might be over 21 but you asked a really stupid question. Are you sure your over 21, have you seen your birth certificate?

I think it's reasoable to tell a cop that you didn't check ID's at the door. Unless the girls just look outright too young, don't ask, and don't tell. If you're worried about it getting busted, plan a couple of escape routes before the party starts.

In your state I don't know. But in my state you will be sited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Every one 21 or over would get busted.

the people over 21 who live in the house will be charged. you should be ok, as long as you didn't give any alchohol to minors.

I think in just about any jurisdiction you could be arrested and charged. You would be one of the adults in the situation. I would stay away from such situations.
