There will be Blue Jeans, Cowboy Boots, Tux jackets white shirts Bolo ties Diamond studs Belt buckles with diamonds Cow boy hats [Stetsons]. The Ladies will wear Cow girl boots A Blue Jean skirt Silk blouse Shawl antique diamond jewelery looks very good . Some woman may come as Scarlet O' Hara It will be a classy affair. Have fun. It is usually a Charity do.

I am guessing that it consists of expensive jeans and a nice dress shirt with a sports coat or suit jacket. That is the most logical. Maybe even a tie? I have never heard of this.
