It will hurt alot more if you do it, and the risk of infection is high. You can go to a nail salon and get it done for like 5 bucks, and the use a piercing gun.

I think monica has the 'best' answer so far. It's a bad idea to do it this way but the alternative (since you refuse to get a professional to do it) of a piercing gun-i'd definitally stab myself with a blunt object rather than that. your second hole are in the lobe I assume so no your not going to damage yourself, but it will likely hurt more than necessary. it can be hard to push the needle if you are to slow because of the pain-if you can just do it quick then good luck. Keep it clean and if you have problems atleast go TALK to a professional

you should go to a piercer. that's basically it.

but if you don't care, then i don't either.

don't use ice. it doesn't numb it, it will make it hurt more.

take a sharp earring stud...like the ones at the mall. let it soak in rubbing alcohol for a while.

clean your ears. mark the spot you want to pierce. make sure your hands are clean or use rubber gloves. and shove it in. that's basically it.

and if you do it wrong, dont ***** about it later.

I pierced my own ears long ago and yes it hurrrrtttt! But now with so many establishments offering this service why risk infection, injury, and uneven piercings by attempting to do it yourself?

I didn't do it, but my mom did. She said she'd never do it again.

She used ice, a needle, and an apple for hte back of the ear...she said it hurt like hell!!!

I would go to a professonal!
