HOw do you post up a picture of yourself animated or nonanimated while posting here?

I was wondering when people post in the this yahoo answers.com, where do you get yourselves an animated picture of yourselves? I am already registered without a picture that is animated or not animated like a real photo of myself.

only .jpegs not animated gif's. go to yahoo 360, upload the image and select the "use as avater" button

go to your mail page and click on the avatar next to your name and start building from there
