Do you know of any other games like Pharaoh & Cleopatra? or is there another expansion pack?

*I've never really liked Sim City*

if you liked Pharaoh and Cleopatra, you will love: Zeus: Master of Olympus and its expansion: Poseidon.
They use an improved (in my opinion) engine for Zeus, while keeping the game fun.
I still play this game today.
occasionally, i will play Pharaoh, but sometimes it is too cut and dry in its missions
also made by Sierra was : Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdoms.
almost exactly like Pharaoh and Caesar 3, except it was set in China. this game had beautiful graphics and was fun; but not as fun as Zeus.
so... how do you like to arrange your cities? do you use long strips of streets?
or arrange the city in a roadblocked "wagonwheel" or donut design?
