Earlier today I asked this question: "How much does it cost to have an abortion?" I got 23 responses, 21 from woman. Of those 21, 18 of them were "A lifetime of guilt" "Don't do it, it's wrong" yada, yada, yada. I never mentioned that my wife or g/f is pregnant OR that I was even thinking about aborting a fetus. I was just curious how much it would cost....Next time READ & answer the question that is asked and don't read more into the question than what's there. Thank you!

I agree with you. People seem to think everything on here is personal, when really it is a solution to research you cannot find elsewhere. For all they know you were researching the cost for a completely different reason and cause. It is kind of humerus to me when people take the time to answer questions and comment about things that were not even asked. Somehow this has turned into a large 'self' help' group for a lot of people, everyone thinks they are a psychologist.

Based on my knowledge...From 1-3 months is around $500-1000. Follow that each month will be increase to higher. It also depend which clinic you go to for the cost. Over 6 months is illegal and cost a lot. There are insurance and medicare which cover the cost!

just to answer your question. They have diffrent prices. All depends on how much you make and can afford. So about 300-500.

Just for those people who do lecture. Some people can not afford or choose not to bring a child into this world for a reason. For that no one should be judged. Yes I see your point but hey then you help raise all these children in the US that are homeless and parentless or abused. Think before you speak. Thanks!

If you have a question like that and don't want people to read into it, call Planned Parenthood.

I had a D&C after a miscarriage to remove all of the remaining tissue. I think its the same thing they do for an abortion, except my baby was already dead. It cost $3300. Because of my situation, insurance covered all of it. I don't think they would if it was by choice and not necessity.

Because the second you mention abortion on here people get crazy and won't give you an answer they will shove their beliefs down your throat.

As for the cost i'd check planned parenthood. I think it can vary depending on how far along you are.

Ah well, you hit a hot button there. Their eyes were glued to that one word. And actually, that response "a lifetime of guilt" was rather clever.

Inaccurate, but clever!

And I have no idea how much they cost.

You get an answer and the details, when you ask a question.

You can not get just the answers. If you need just an answer, give the answer choices.
