Well, I have a phys ed report due. I can make it anything about physical education - you know, gym? I need some ideas... anyone got any? Also any sights you have would be great as well. Thanks in advance for the help.

Yeah the use of drugs by atheletes e.g the cons,consequences,persons who have been banned etc

Also another topic would be First Aid techniques where you point out and highlight first aid techniques for common injuries which may take place during Phys. Ed....like what u would do if someone got a sprained ankle or a bruise etc......i remember learning R.I.C.E from my P.E class.....i can't remember what it means but it has smthg to do with first aid.....i think it's REST, ICE, and something something...you cud lok it up i guess if youre interested..

Make it something that you can relate to personally -- like maybe the rise of obesity in children, how our "fast food mentality" contributes to it, and how your school district is trying to combat it (changing the meal plans in the cafeteria, for example)....

How about stretching and now important it is for people to do to prevent injury's etc... or how team-sports help people learn to communicate better, or how its a stress release?
