Most celebs are real people and like to be treated as such when not in the spotlight. Some though are ego tripping, think the world owes them because they are a star (actually I have a few non-celeb friends that act that way too). If it's the former, talk to them like you would to any neighbor in any neighborhood. They know what it's like to have little or no time off and need to really relax, If it's the latter, there's not much you can do unless they get rowdy and you can call the cops.

Treat it like anything else. Remember too, some of these guys are out for publicity, contrived incidents. Have a talk with the guy in a cold blood when you see he isn't spasing out on himself and calmly explain the ' peripheral world ' you occupy and how the effolgence of his glory is shining into it.

GET PICTURES OR VIDEO OF HIM AND SELL THEM TO ANY MAGAZINE OR WEBSITE! Seriously, trashy rags like The National Enquirer or rip-offs of People or Entertainment magazines have contact info in them. They will buy photos of celebrities doing just about anything. It could launch you into a profitable career as a paparazzi! Plus it will immediately stop that particular habit of his.

Tell him to be quiet. Politely, of course. If he's only been in a few movies, he's a working actor, not a celebrity. He shouldn't be full of himself.

Like any good neighbor let him know it is waking you up on your only day off and ask him to choose another form of morning wake-me-up.
