DONT..!!! UNLESS YOU HAVE A REALLY RUN DOWN PROPERTY IN A LOCATION WHICH WILL PROBABLY NOT REGENTRIFY....YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF COMPLETELY....IT GETS RESOLD AND RESOLD AND RESOLD ....SOMETIMES IN HOURS FOR LARGER SUMS......LAUNDERED MONEY GROUPS ....THEY PROFIT..YOU DONT

Those guys will give you pennies on the dollar what your house is worth. Those firms go in and buy houses at prices way under valued, throw some paint on the wall, and then resell for fair market value. Unless you absolutely cannot sell it on an open market, I would sell it myself.

dont do it. if useing a realestate agent is the problem try useing craigslist.org and find your closest major city. my household has found great people to buy a house we sold as well as renters. when posting about the house you are trying to sell use words that make the house like a HOME.
