Trainers are not sexy, but u could wear boots or srappy shoes with jeans and a nice top, dressy dop with jeans always look nice!
Also have a REALLY hot shower/bath (not saying u smell) but if you feel fat it sometimes makes u feel a bit better as u sweat off a little weight... its true!!!
Have a good night!

Not a woman but i see many slightly over weight women who dress very nice. They dress in clothes that tend to make them look good and uyou don't notice their weight, but their smaile. A good friendly smile is a vital part of any woman's dress code if she wants to take attention away formher weight and put it where it belongs > Her personality and friendship.
I think the right jeans work well as well as shifts well chosen. LOnger dresses look great on women and loose fititng dresses also make women stand out as themselvess and not because they may be over weight.

they have those baby doll shirts (different styles for diff. ages n events) that are very pretty, and very tasteful. They are great for those days you feel fat or bloated because its hard to tell what size your mid-section really is.They sort of flare out once they get under the part that covers your breats and they look nice on all women no matter what size. They go great with those goucho pants or even jeans or a st8 mid-length skirt.

Trainers and sexy don't go together as far as I'm concerned...try some cute sandals or ballet flats. I would wear jeans and a long, empire waist top if I were you, it will float over your middle.

Something like this top with jeans or jogger bottoms could look nice. Add a few sparkly accessories to jazz up.

What are trainers? Anyway, you could wear some khaki capris pants and a nice top with sandals or flip flops.

leggings are in right now....they provide lots of stretch that will also firm everything up. Pair it with a top that covers your bottom and you'll be set! Remember to wear them in black only! Good luck!
