It all depends on what criteria you're looking out. Even if there was a "best" university, it might not be the best fit for every single person; there are a lot of factors that need to go in to choosing a college. And it largely depends on your area of study. I chose Drexel University - I wouldn't argue that it's one of the best universities in the country overall, but it's certainly one of the best for materials engineering.

University of Buffalo. It is a highly acclaimed University throughout the would. It offers a wide range of curriculum. It has a cutting edge Medical School and Law school. Everyone that graduates from there is guarantee a job and a wonderful college experience. You cannot go wrong with UB.
