Communication. Talk to her and see what she wants from you. If you really love her and if her jealousy is valid then you will be willing to do whatever it takes to keep her and make her happy.

if you loved her why did you cheat? leave her be so she can find someone who really does love and appreciate her...if you love her that much you will want her happiness more than you want yours.
