I have a 97 Honda Accord with pressed on Rotors and I can't get them off? I heard there is a way using a couple of holes on the back of the Rotor. If you insert two bolts into them and turn them with equal pressure it will pop it off has anyone else tried this? Any help is greatly appreciated.Best answer def gets my vote and I won't forget. TY.

There is a tool called a wheel puller. Your best bet will be to rent or even buy one. The time and aggrivation you save will be well worth the money.

The rotors with the bolt holes are not considered pressed on rotors. If you have the bolt holes you can carefully screw in two 8X1.25 mm bolts and tighten them equally until the rotor pops off.
If you do have the pressed on style the best way is the remove the entire spindle assembly by disconnecting the ball joints and tie rod. Then have your parts store machine the rotors as an assembly or they can press them off if you are replacing them.

I HATE these years of Hondas, because there is only two real ways to turn the rotors (without damage). One is to use an On-The-Car brake rotor lathe, or remove the whole hub and suspension assembly, and take them to a machine shop for turning or replacement. There is a tool for this, and sometimes you can locate one for rent, but if you aren't careful, you can cause more damage that you started out to repair.

The wheel puller is the only real option. There is not much to them and they are relatively inexpensive.
