Legalization of prostitution in established licensed businesses would lead to more money from fees, taxes etc. for the government and to healthier environments for people who choose that line of work and their clients. Makes a lot of sense, and seems to work in Nevada especially since they let each county decide whether it is legal or not. Putting the control of a practice into the hands of the local people who could then decide what they wanted in their community makes great sense so it will never be allowed.

Yes. If it's legal, then we can regulate it. And if we regulate it then that will help combat the spread of STDs, right? Which helps everyone. Prostitution is going to happen whether it's legal in America or not, so we should try to make it all as clean and safe as possible.

No way.
Mostly people hate prostitution. Prostitution may lead people not being married but have sex intercourse.
Many country for where it's legal, just because they have no job, except being a prostitute. Or maybe for getting much money
in easiest way. Many terms in laws not allowed for it.

I do think it should be legalized and monitored by the health department so as to prevent the spread of std's. Prostitution will take place whether it's legal or not so it really should be supervised.

There is a state some where in America that in this one city it is Legal ... The girls have to be tested quite often in order to keep it up and running ... And I think that if we had more like that it might be OK to have it legalized instead of "Tom" getting "Pat" off of "Dick" and not knowing if she is drug and disease free or not

People don't need a law to have sex, legalizing prostitution would just give those the right to cheat because it WASN'T against the law.

No, it shouldn't. Why don't you go to Cambodia or any other Southeast Asia country and talk to the little 6 and 7 year olds who are being prostituted. It degrades women, and it scars these little girls and teenagers for life. I cannot believe you would even ask such a terrible question. Prostitution needs to be illegal in ALL countries and not allowed.

When factored into a simple supply/demand -cost/benefit equation, Yes.
When you add the other known and unknown factors such as disease, morals, law and order, and many more issues - it becomes less and less of a good idea. Final answer - No.

regulated and taxed as it is in many countries and nevada. It would be the rational thing to do which is why it will not catch on in the rest of Amurka.

Because America would rather see unattractive men rape women and murder men out of sexual frustration. Robbery is sometimes rationalized by "being economically deprived" so why shouldn't rape be rationalized by "being sexually deprived." More double-standards from the land of anti-white male double-standards.
