Ok to any one who had a miscarriage (are any one who knows) I had a miscarriage in June I have hade 2 periods sence. the 1st one I couldn't even where a tampon it hurt soooo bad. But I didn't bleed to heavy the pain was the only thing different. Well the 2nd one (which started yesterday) I haven't even tryed the tampon and it hurt just like a regular period for me which is bad but controllable (just feels like my right side hurts a little more. Very sharp pains every now and then). But im lossing clots not too big but big enough where I got to change the pad every 1 to 2 hours. My ? is, is this normal for the months following miscarrage or what do you think.

I had a miscarriage and couldn't pass the baby so I had a D/C. You need to go see your gyno and have them check to make sure that nothing else is wrong. It is possible that you have a cyst on your ovaries and this can cause pain like you described. Its better to be safe than sorry, just go see your doc.

If you are passing old blood clots, (dark red or purple) this is usually common following a miscarriage, but only for a few weeks.
If the blood is very red, like a nose bleed, then you will need to be seen right away. This could possibly indicate there may be some retained products of conception, (tissue, sac, placenta) still inside your uterus, and needs to come out with the help of the doctor.
Godspeed!

I have NOT had a miscarriage but the same thing happens to me when i get my periods now that i have had children. So maybe your body thinks you had a baby and is doing the same thing. If you are really concerned call your doctor

It does sound normal to me. However, there is a chance that you did not miscarry everything when you had your miscarriage. You could have some sort of an infection from leftover birthing material. I would go see a doctor.

It's normal. It will take a few periods before it's back to normal again. Don't worry. See your doctor if your pain becomes unbearable or when you know something is definately wrong.

Mine was April..sorry you had to go through that. Don't use a tampon! you may still be passing tissue. And anything that hurts you you shouldn't do! I didn't have that problem but I had a D&C so I know nothing was left.
Please go to the doctor.
I hope you get pregnant again soon :)

You may want to have your doctor check you to see if you have any tissue left in your uterus? Sounds liek your just having pains from the period to me. But always good to check.
