IF your cellphone has a kind of GPS and also his cellphone, you can track through the image/map given on the LCD screen of your cellphone UNLESS he will pick up the phone you called and activate it also. so far, i have not heard it from other countries who have that kind of option in cellphone settings. but it's available in the country where i am. most husbands here hmm do complain about that phone setting as it is a kind of invasion of privacy. but wives feel it good to have it. but the question is, "how about if the guy will turn off his cellphone?" so, if you know he is lying to you, better think twice and dump him if you can!

Their phone would need be be equipped w/ GPS, and then enabled for you to be able to locate them.

The government can do that. But you'd have to have some pretty good connections to get access to that info!

It's not illegal like dude says, but they need a GPS equipped phone.

YOU can't.

You would have to have access to the cell towers, and triangulation equipment.
The government, however, can do this.

you can only do that if u use nextel or sprint phones.
u need to add mobile locator and teletrack on it.
