I already have a license.
It's not for my self I want it so I can work on OTHER people.
Where did you get the idea I was going to work on myself?

No such thing.
There's no laser treatment for obesity or smoking.
They do have laser treatments that remove hair, but its only something that a doctor can perform. There's no device you can buy to treat that yourself.

Hi
To quit smoking you need to be determined and want to stop, there are a number of aids to help ie patches etc but at the end of the day, it's the individual who decides if they light up or not, so they do it on their own .. Same with weight loss , some people need steered in the right direction but its only up to how much dedication they put in with exercise and eating healthy.
Ive not heard and wouldnt recommend using a laser on anyone for this xx

There is such a treatment. My neighbor is having it done. He says it takes 3 treatments. Here is a website:

http://www.aberdeenlasertherapy.co.uk/

Here is a news story on it:

So it is real. Just not very popular yet.

"Laser" originally was an acronym for light amplification through stimulated emission of radiation. While a laser can be used to cauterize hair follicles, I do not see how light, no matter how intense, could stop smoking and obesity, unless you are planning to kill smokers and obese people.

You're kidding, right? You want to use a medical laser for surgery on yourself?

That's an even dumber idea than the vibrating weight-loss belt.
