if im mad @ somene or something dat they said, i calm myself down by counting to 10. After dat i try 2 confront da person dat i wuz mad @ by writng dem a letter or talking 2 dem. Or i vent on a friend and family member.

1-write the reason in a piece of paper, read it loudly, destroy the paper.2- count from 100 to 0. 3- go to nearest temple. 4- remember ur parents. 5- have a cup of tea or coffee. 6- help some person. 7-give a rupee to some needy person. 8- do yoga. 9- listen some good classical indian music. 10- read some good book. 11- go to a nice movie. 12- take rest and then do the best possible. 13- go to some online dating site or try yahoo answers!

How by making a choose to do it. Some times is not easy to do but you have to. I like to be happy, not frustrated or angry. I just play some good music, or get a friend that has a good attitude and is positive who can lift me up and help me to handle the situation.

I like to destroy whatever is getting on my nerves. I used to be able to drop a cigarette out of my car window and land in the middle of the windshield on the car behind me. I only did that when they were riding my butt. I scream alot, say alot of curse words, I have punched dents in my truck until the bleeding from my knuckles got on my clothes. But most of all, what I like to do is set up a garbage bag on sticks in the middle of a gun range and blow it away with thousands of rounds of ammunition.

well boss ill tell you what.. ive had problems with that in the past and one thing i know is that its very unsafe and unhealthy to store your anger.. make sure you let that junk out.. but do it in safe, lagitament ways without hurting others.... punching bag, working out, yelling, running fast, shooting a gun, killing people in a video game, ... those are all healthy ways, as long as you dont hurt anyone in the process

I walk away from the situation, calm myself down and then come back to deal with the problem. It took years to be able to do that I used to hit first and worry about consequences later.

instead of taking my frustrations out on someone i just go to the gym and pump iron while listening to heavymetal type music in the gym to keep me energized.
