I think Quentin Tarantino is overrated. I liked some of his movies, they were groovy but someone somewhere started the rumor he was a genius. I do not think that when what makes someone a genius is their ability to glorify violence and torture that it should be celebrated.

He talks way too much, his acting ability is bad, but he makes excellent movies. He seems like he so full of himself and is very annoying (at least he seems like that to me). I don't think he is a pleasant person and he really gets on my nerves. All that said, his art is very good. His movies have excellent stories and scripts. He can do movies, he can't do acting. And, again, he is annoying.

Freaky looking but makes great movies. I love love love Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2.

The man's a freakin' genious! He spooked me a bit with his performance in "From Dusk Til Dawn".Otherwise,I love his work.

he's ok ... for a thief!
yeah, you heard me - a thief !! it's no secret that much of his "originality" is gleaned from other, older and usually "B" movies..
I do find many of his films to be entertaining - but think he's arrogant and self-aggrandizing in light of how much he's ripped off from other filmmakers.
