What exactly are you asking? Every state has its own court system as does the federal government. Many states have special courts for a variety of issues ranging from orphans to probate and everything in between. Most states have streamlined their courts today and there are only limited distinctions remaining. On the federal level there are also courts that specialize but historically speaking less than at the state level. One example at the federal level is Admiralty.
