What has a hole in the ground have to do with the clean-up effort in New Orleans? How long did it take for NYC to clean the WTC site up? Why do democraps compare apples to oranges? Why do democrats refuse to take responsiblity, rather, seek to exonerate those that are incompetent in their roles such as Ray Nagin? Bash Bush and overlook the flooded buses! Bash Bush on the war on terror and ignore Islamofascism.

Libs sure can't keep their composure. All I have to do is read their responses on yahoo answers. And why is yahoo burying this story?

Is liberalism a mental disorder?

I'm a Conservative who's leveled plenty of criticism at Ray "School Bus" Nagin, but on this, I think he's entirely correct. I think he could have said it in a more diplomatic fashion, but what he stated is a fact: Five years after 9/11 Ground Zero is still a hole in the ground.

It didn't have to be this way. Right after the attack I fully expected to see the replacements topped out within three years, as an act of defiance if for no other reason. I think all the sniping and bickering that's gone on in New York is a national disgrace, and it's about time someone pointed that out.

Naglin is a total idiot. He's the one that said nothing could happen. Look what did happen. So is Blanco. Naglin and Blanco both blamed the federal government for all their woes when neither of these people did anything for their own people. Naglin turned buses away and Blanco didn't call in the National Guard until the damage was done. She didn't give them time to prepare and be on the ready. I don't believe in either political party. However, these are 2 fine specimens of the Democratic party and the blame game. Yet, Naglin was elected for another term. Guess that goes to show how far biased news reporting goes by blaming it on Bush. He's running the whole nation and they can't handle a city or state. Federal government comes in after the city and state has handled their part. This was never done in New Orleans. It's a sad state to be in. I wish all the best to the people of New Orleans, but they're just in for more hard times with Naglin and Blanco in control. The 2 people that can't even control their own mouths from spewing untruths.

God Bless all in New Orleans and best of luck!!

Funny question considering Mayor Nagin has gone out of his way to kiss Bush's butt at every opportunity, even though he is a Dem.

What he said is outrageous, but this guy is hardly in the mainstream of the Democratic party.

The only reason New Orleans has not been cleaned up yet is because the people want somebody to do it for them.New Orleans was not the only place affected by the hurricane. The entire coast of Mississippi was pretty much wiped out.The buildings that once stood are gone.New Orleans flooded the buildings are still there. What the hell are they crying about? The people over in Ms. are a lot worst off than them and we never hear about that.It is just the lazy people of New Orleans want somebody to come do everything for them.I am suprised they ain't asking for the government to come hold their hand while they take a sh*t.If they get off their asses they might can get something done. But we all know that ain't gonna happen. They are waiting for somebody else to stop trying to better their own lives to go help them.Well why should we?Why help somebody who refuses to help themself?

No but stupidity certainly is and you are a long time suffer of your own deranged condition. Now the liberals caused Katrina ? Damn we are far more powerful than I thought.
think what we could do to the White House with that power. Yeah I Bash Bush because like you he is so Bashable. If you weren't so mentally ill Id say really bad things about you but I don't make fun of the brain impaired
My liberal Democrat mother taught me better manners than to do that..And she also taught me to think for my self, why do you Bush republicans suddenly sound so desperate,is it time for more orange alerts ? I sense a bitterness in you all that borders on hopelessness and despair.getting nervous already? Mid terms they are a coming and 2008 isn't far behind.....Desperation causes you to look ..well desperate lol

If it had been El Paso or any city that is predominantly Mexican you would have said nothing ,just agreed.New Orleans is predominately black,so whats wrong with saying so .its the truth, its not a lie .I didn't bother me and I'm white and live in AZ that's turning brown as we speak and I don't care about that as long as its legal brown and not illegal.

No. Ray Nagin is typical of a New Orleans politician.

Nagin is in serious need of an enema to flush out whatever the heck it was that crawled up his butt and died. Apparently he has yet to learn from his previous "chocolate" dipped mistakes.

One of his councilmen (forgive me, the name escapes me) at least had the courage to apologize for Nagin's shortsighted comments on behalf of the city's residents. Notice Nagin doesn't have the fortitude.

I live a little southwest of New Orleans.Nobody here can blame Bush for anything about this disaster.
To start with,everybody was warned.
Everybody watched the storm track on TV.
A hell of a lot of people decided to stay and ride out the storm, just like I did.I new my chances, and stayed despite the warning.
More money has been given that should have been given already.
As for as nagen or blanco goes,I would let either one of them two clowns arrange my sock drawer.
Bush has to put someone in charge that is competent to handle the job.

If Guiliani had said a month after 9/11 "Let's Make New York a VANILLA CITY!!!!" the calls for his resignation would have been loud enough to flush old Osama out of his cave. Just look at the stink Bush caused by calling Islamic Facists by name-Islamic Facists.

Ray Nagin is a racist. He is allowed to say whatever he wants by virtue of his race.

Now I am going to be called a racist by the leftists.

Oh, the mayor of New Atlantis (New Orleans):AKA Chocolate City
I think he is a typical Yahoo! Liberal. Talks alot, thinks very little. But hey the morons voted for the guy a second time? ( God only knows why?) Great VP material for the Jackass Party in '08!

I thought the blaming everything on "The Man," ended with Undercover Brother. Next he'll blame Denise Richards for geting him to like Mayo on his sandwiches
