London is enormous, but confusingly the very smalll inner part is known as the City of London and that is 2.6 km². That is surrounded by Greater London which has an area of 1,579 km²

The Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and most of the sights that are well known are in Greater London, so I assume the value you need is 1,579 km²
