I like this question. My favorite Marvel character could beat Batman, but not Superman. That is Deadpool. He can lift 2-10 tons, he's great with a variety of space age weapons, as well as a great hand-to-hand fighter. Also, his healing factor is almost on par with Wolverine's.
However, with Batman's experience, he would put up a huge fight, and honestly, if they fought ten times, they would probably each win five a piece... assuming we don't allow draws.
Also, since popularity is always a factor when they really try these matchups in combat (IE Wolverine beating Lobo in Marvel/DC), I would fully expect some strange twist of fate to enable Batman to find a gun that is somehow encoded/enchanted to unravel Deadpool's DNA. Or something.
Favorite alltime characters are the Werewolves of White Wolf Game Studios. Wolvie's Healing Factor. Can move 3-5 times faster than a human. Can also lift 2-10 tons. Has enchanted claws that do a ridiculous amount of damage, both physically and spiritually. Not to mention a bunch of other nasty tricks that are almost like a "spirit-utility belt".
There are very few characters that can beat Superman. There are many that can beat Batman, but be aware, even though Batman is a human, his grasp of science, his money, his hand-to-hand fighting skills, and his experience (arguably one of his greatest strength - just like THE PUNISHER, which is why I wouldn't give a Batman/Punisher contest to Batman automatically.) really puts him over many low-level superhumans.
Then again, Batman was never supposed to be the kind of hero that does well in these little hypothetical contests. Not everything is about power-level, after all.

He doesn't really count as a hero, but the Composite Superman actually did beat both Superman and Batman together! (This was back in the sixties.) Joe Meach was a loser until Superman gave him a job as the janitor in the Superman Museum. There was a display with minatures of the members of the Legion of Super Heros. What nobody realized was that the process which made the miniatures also duplicated the powers of the Legion.
One day Joe was sweeping up and went to close a window due to an approaching storm. The lightning hit the shelf of miniatures and Joe, transferring the powers to him. With the mind of Braniac 5 he quickly realized what happened. With the power of Chameleon Boy, he altered his appearance so that he was a composite of Superman and Batman (left/right) with the green face of Brainiac 5.
Joe's jealousy and resentment of the heros boiled over and now he had the chance to show them for humiliatingly having been rescued (both Superman and Batman had saved his life in separate incidents) and given a demeaning job. How's that for ingratitude!
With the combined powers of all the Legion of Super Heros, Superman and Batman were no match for him. He could read their minds with Saturn Girl's telepathy, learn all their secrets and counter their moves against him before they made them. He could make Kryptonite with Element Lad's power, and was himself immune to Kryptonite because he had the invulnerability of Mon-El.
He would have killed Superman and Batman except that his powers began to wear off. It was the one thing he hadn't anticipated! Desperate, he flew back to the museum, intending to hit the miniatures with a bolt from Lightning Lad's power and get a recharge, but by the time he got back there his powers were fading so much he couldn't fire a lightning bolt. As the powers faded, so did his memory of the incident (or maybe he just suppressed it, not being able to cope with the humiliation.)
As far as I know, Superman and Batman never did figure out who he was. He was by far the most powerful villain they had ever faced together, in any of their teamups. Neither of them would be at all a match for him, alone.

I'll take "Vision" from the Defenders
A) He can handle "kryptonite" and he can turn invisible so Superman would never see it coming & Superman could be put in that chamber to have his powers gone, Vision being an android would be able to figure out the process easily... simple process
B) Batman??? He has a utility belt and he's acrobatic - a few simple blasts from Vision would take him down..
The other 2 picks could be Dr. Strange & Reed Richards, for the same reasons against Superman - Batman would be an easy take down for both.

Captain Marvel.
While it wouldn't be easy for him to beat Superman, (they split about 50/50 whevener they fight) he's got the advantage because they are equally strong/fast/invulnerable, but his powers come from the gods, while Superman is vunerable to things of mystical/magical origin. Also, there is no kryptonite or other achilles heel for him- other than his concern for others which is shared by Superman.
The wisdom of Solomon offsets the fact that he's a kid.
Check out the current "Justice" series by Alex Ross- or better yet, the "Kingdom Come" graphic novel... Those are the best stories with CM I can think of...

My favorite right now is Batman, so the 3 guys he could easily take down are:
1)The Punisher-He's a guy with guns and combat training. Batman fights those types on a regular basis. Once Batman got in close, Punisher would receive the beating of a lifetime.
2)Daredevil-In the meeting between the two a few years ago, Batman quickly deduced that DD relies on superhuman senses. So Bats would bring an ultrasonic device that would distract and incapacitate Daredevil and then stomp a mudhole in his butt and walk it dry.
3)Green Lantern-If Deathstroke could make GL's willpower falter with his own in Identity Crisis, then imagine what a guy who forged his body in the fire of his will since the age of 9 could do! Bats would take total control of the ring and envelop Kyle in a green bubble in about 5 minutes.

Spider-man is my favorite. Superman would destroy him. Batman vs. Spider-man would be a good one but I give Batman the edge. He always comes out on top.
Silver Surfer would demolish either of these guys.

Batman.
He was one of the few superheros that did not actually have any superpowers, yet he was still able to save many people. I mean if you actually had superpowers you really have only the choices of either become a superhero or villain or go into hiding and have serious issues. Batman actually made the conscious decision to put his own life at risk to protect others. He also had one of the coolest costumes and gadgets.

This is gonna be a little different. Spider-man would beat superman, and I don't really mean physically, but Spidey's a normal guy with worries and he suffered tragedies, he's more relating to readers, because we aren't absolutly perfect. Superman is "indestructable" Spidey isn't. Hope that sorta made sense to you. Just pouring out my lil heart (soft smile)
