The Yankees have to be the favorites to win it all. The Tigers are beginning to break down and the White Sox now have to deal with injuries. The Yankees will be at or close to 100% by the playoffs. Boston is history. I'm see the Mets and Yankees in a second subway series.........Yankees in 5.

I'm rooting for the Yankees - the only obvious answer is whoever wins the American League. The NL champ will be lucky if they end the AL World Series winning streak which stands at 8 right now. I'm betting it hits 10.

The Mets will win the world series this year, a lot of people say the Tigers, but the Tigers dont have many outstanding players. EVeryone on there team is just average. The Mets on the other hand have depth and star players (Beltran, Delgado, Wright, Reyes)

I think the favorite has to be the Yankees with the way they've been playing since the trade deadline.
