We need some more information: what kind of theme or mood do you want for your piece? What about the pacing?
Post your question on http://dance.net/lyrical. they're a terriffic resource. The more specific you can be about what you want, the more responses you're likely to get.
I happen to adore Breathe Me by Sia (http://www.lyricsandsongs.com/song/388055.html for lyrics) but it's really spare and intense, a little more atmospherics after the first verse.
Tori Amos' "Happy Phantom" has a kind of bouncy, macabre sound. A lot of her stuff might be suitable. But I'm a singer and not a dancer so I'm no authority :)
Good luck! And let us know what you end up choosing.

I think this is a Lyrical Song. I'm not too sure but it sounds like it.
It's called HANDS by Jewel.
