I don't understand why a sister would do that to you but she did you a favor. If he slept with her then you never know who else he was with. I would dump him and no matter what she will always be you your sister. She is blood and there are more guys out there, he just wasn't the right one for you.

dump the boyfriend and talk things out with your sister cause shes family and hopefully you can mean things betweeen the two of you.

I would encourage you to cut both of them out of your life and search for someone who is going to treat you right. I am sorry that happened to you. That really sucks. Don't get too bitter and don't give up looking for true love.
