ok....y friend is pregnant for the SECOND time in 3 months!! the first time, she had an abortion because her parents had her to....ok.....the thing is, the guy wasnt even THERE when she had it done!! he was supposed to some, and when she called him that day, he said he was "on his way"...he never showed up, and the next day, he left her a message online saying that his bus broke down...that doesnt sound right!! how did he have computer access ath the greyhound station?? whatever...everytime he says hell see her, he NEVER coems down!!! if he does, SHE pays for him to some see HER!! it pisses me off to see him possibly playing her like a fool...i mean, girls tell her things like how hes supposed to be their guy, and all that!! the girls even give her proof.....i believe her to be blind...and the fact that shes going through so many complications with her body, its just argh!! i mean, and when she told him she was preg. all he said was, "i guess i sont have to give u a b-day gift"...help?

oh, yeah, and theyre "engaged"...but the thing is, theres NO ring!! hes been saying hell get her one for a YEAR now!!! oh, and i think she planned this pregnancy AGAIN...she planned the first one, but said the condom broke....this time too...honestly, she said she dont care if she losses family because of this!! OMG!! thats sooooo disturbing to me!! she may have an STD..like herpes, but she thinks SHE might have given it to him..HA..she was raped 4yrs ago, which is awful, but she only got sympoms of STDs when she started having sex with him...what do u think about this situation?? i wanna tell her to kinda watch out for signs and stuff, but i also wanna be there for her in a POSSITIVE way!! this is sooo hard for me to sit back and watch her NOT go to college and do all the things she wanted to do B4 she met this guy....

As much as you would like to drag her out from this situation kicking and screaming, you can't. This is something she is going to have to realize on her own. I don't know what he's saying to her to keep her that way, but whatever it is, it must be pretty good. All the signs that he's truly not in this are there in neon letters all spelled out for her. She's been pregnant, forced into an abortion and he didn't care enough to come, she's engaged but she has no ring, she's having STD symptoms which is a sign of a cheater on someone's part, and then..this one kills me, she gets pregnant again and the only thing he's worried about is not having to buy her a birthday present? Honey, the best thing you can do for her, is show her the answers to your question. Maybe if she hears it enough, she'll wake up out of this spell he has her under and realize she deserves so much better.

Its a hard situation, you as a friend must be feeling awful , i understand. But i guess you cant do much, is her who has to see the situation, and if as you said lot of people are trying to open her eyes about this guy and didnt manage , you can do much, is her who has to, or a professional , may help as they are more suitable to Handel this kinda things.
Dont get angry with her, nor with you cos you cant do anything. be with her when she needs you.

Sometimes you have to let people learn for themselves and she seems like the type. Anything you do will only make you an enemy to her and that's not anything she needs right now. You just have to be there for her when it all comes crashing down. Right now she's not ready for reason and she's not going to listen to anything you tell her. It seems like the relationship won't end until he runs off with another girl. When he finally leaves her, just be a good friend.
