They were, but then I went online and found the instructions to a make your own rocket launcher. I wasn't sure if my bottle rockets from the last fourth of July would work, but - in a pinch - it can be done.
Aim for the belly of the craft.
Oh, and watch out! They leave SUCH a mess when they crash.
