Well, if you no longer have evidence of it then unfortunately for you it is near hopeless. If on the other hand it has just happened, by all means call the police now.
Rape is not sexual, it is violence. I strongly believe that it warrants the death penalty.
Whatever you choose to do, seek counsel from your pastor or a crisis center somewhere. And if you go to a church, it'll be free, if elsewhere perhaps on a sliding scale. There is help available and I suggest you take advantage of it.
By the way, it is NOT your fault. There is no excuse for the rapist. Avoid him.

Technically you do not have a choice: Rape is a crime, regardless of who does it to whom. By law; you must report it to the police, otherwise you could be considered an accessory. It is a good idea of course to let your parents know what is going on with you. Don't let them find out the hard way.
Your parents will support you if you are honest with them, but you have to trust them. Above all, don't make it possible for your raper to do it again. If you do not take some action, you are as guilty as he is.

In your other questions you are asking about marrying against your parents wishes. Is the person who raped you the same person you are considering to marry? Whether you are living in India or elsewhere you should tell your parents first because after you tell the police, eventually your parents will find out and they will be hurt that you did not tell them first. You may also consider going to your school counselor or a professional counselor to help you sort out your feelings.

You need to tell your parents and the police. Let your parents call and have the police go pick him up. He needs to pay the price for what he has done.

Whether you've been raped by someone you know or a stranger, you should always go to the police. Go as soon as you possibly can so they can get a doctor to do a medical exam and sample collection for your case.

Tell someone. First tell someone you trust - a school counselor, clergyman, adult friend, or parent. Then I would go to the police with that person there as support for you.

Yes. Definately tell the police! You'll need to get an examination to make sure you didn't catch anything or got pregnant.
