Flip over car covers?

Is there a flip over car cover on the market, a cover that will remain attached to the driveway, at one end, and then flip over the car from back to front, say on a steel / aluminum frame?.

This will help my disabled friend, the standard soft covers are impossible for her to fit.

I have not heard of one but it maybe a good idea to try inventing one.I am sorry i can't be of anymore help.
