I've never heard of "twitterpainted". I know of "twitterpated", though! It comes from Walt Disney's animated movie, "Bambi". If you haven't seen it, you're missing out! In any case, "twitterpated" was a word the young animals used to describe the romantic feeling of falling in love as they saw the older animals act goofy in the presence of the opposite sex. Very cute scene!

it means fuzzy headed and distracted. Love can cause it, so can lack of sleep.
