The only way to uninstall the firewall is to uninstall SP2, and I'm not even sure that's possible.
Your best bet is to disable the firewall. I assume you want to use a third-party firewall like ZoneAlarm.
1. Click Start->Control Panel
2. Double click Windows Firewall
3. Select "OFF"
4. Click OK
5. Restart your computer

You can't uninstall it, but you can disable it. Disabling Windows firewall if you don't have an antivirus software is not recommended. But if you want to, click start and control panel, then selet windows firewall. On the windows firewall settings page, select "don use windows firewall."
